Our ServiceNow Practice is growing and we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant

In the role as a ServiceNow Senior Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients and guide them in their transformation journey from traditional individual service entities to Enterprise service based organizations. Enabling synergies across their enterprise, whilst leveraging ServiceNow as a key platform of choice. You will help customer account teams to identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities whilst continually driving add-on business within existing projects and engagements.

As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant your primary tasks will be: 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to all levels in the client organizations, helping the client to scope the nature of specific challenges they are facing and matching corresponding offerings from our catalog of services
  • Lead the pursuit related to consulting engagements in the Enterprise Service Management space, supporting the sales process and constructing an effective solution for delivery using Fujitsu’s delivery model.
  • Assist the sales personnel in qualifying the client needs
  • Design solution proposals based on features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform
  • Together with technical consultants design solutions in ServiceNow which supports customers’ requirements and strategic roadmaps
  • Oversee the delivery of one or more engagements, guide and direct the teams for any corrective and preventive actions to ensure the successful delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Represent Fujitsu in events such as industry conferences and executive briefings, engaging with C suite stakeholders
  • Experienced consultant with business acumen and technical know-how
    The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with a cloudplatform and IT service management, preferably as either a key user, process owner, project manager or platform owner within client environments. Furthermore we like you to have some of the following competencies:

  • Proven and demonstrated business management consulting experience
  • A Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Digital Innovation, MBA or similar demonstrable experience or knowledge
  • Experience, familiarity and versed in Service Management processes and frameworks like i.e. ITIL, COBIT, MOF
  • Experience with the estimation and scoping of work orders and statements of work
  • Experience with SIAM, Service Design and Service integration methods and terminologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work and use SDLC/SCRUM, or Project management standards like Prince2 as delivery methodology
  • ServiceNow or other cloud SaaS Certification is preferred
  • The preferred candidate has a good understanding of relational databases and Web technologies like JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, web services and Client-Server model
  • Understanding and experience in Architectural frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English or Danish
