PA to Site Manager Frederikshavn/Head of PrimeServ Four-Stroke

Do you thrive in a job with a large contact surface and tasks varying from traditional secretarial tasks to the role ad sparring partner?

Are you able to have a lot on your plate and at time work organized and goal-oriented?

Are you the type who is not afraid that sometimes the tone gets a little coarse and direct, and do you have a sense of humour and ability to associate with managers and employees at all levels, this might be the position for you.

We are looking for a new PA to follow the footsteps of the current PA as well as having the courage to develop the role with your own footprint. The ideal candidate works independently, is a skilled communicator with good social competences. You will be part of many exciting tasks, where you will put your communicative, social and operational skills into play. You will probably be challenged both professionally as well as personally in a mix of back-office tasks and as a close sparring partner to the Vice President (VP).

Right-hand and sparring partner to the Vice President who has the double role of being Site Manager Frederikshavn (a Site with some 500 employees) and Head of PrimeServ Four-Stroke Denmark (with 420 employees based at the sites Frederikshavn & Holeby).

Prepare and participate in internal and external meetings, e.g. works council, management meetings and various committees

Project coordination and in a few cases also project management, e.g. arranging Site Events.

Calendar management, travel- and resource planning

Budget check and follow-up

Internal and external communication and preparation of presentations etc.

Member of a number of committees including editing of company magazine, works council, StiBa (employee survey), PA network etc.

Ad hoc tasks


There are many angles to the position and thus your educational level could be very diverse but a bachelor in communication, English, economics or similar is required as a minimum.

Further it is requirement that you master English at a high level verbally as well as in writing. If in addition, you master German this will be an advantage.

Experienced with the above tasks and feeling at ease at all levels in an international organization.

Outgoing, empathic, service-minded and capable of working independently

Structured approach to the working tasks and the ability to keep a sense perspective, also you have a lot on your plate.

Ability to prioritize the tasks and preferably the ability to provide inputs

Experienced IT user
