Partner Success Manager - German speaker

At Ageras, our Partner Success Managers act as primary point of contact for our partners (lawyers and accountants). They are genuinely excited to help and support our partners throughout the partner lifecycle and are responsible for articulating product-value and partner concerns. Also, they demonstrate how Ageras’ solutions enable partners to enhance their business value.

As our Partner Success Manager, you will be joining a successful Partner Success team: ambitious professionals, who manage the entire partner relationship and facilitate a prompt on-boarding and resolution of any issues. Specifically, you will:

  • Drive seamless, fast onboarding of new partners
  • Handle partners’ needs and requests
  • Conduct periodic partner health-checks
  • Prepare and educate partners on new features and releases
  • Identify partner renewal risks, resolve any issues, and secure high partner satisfaction

Requirements

You are:

As our Partner Success Manager, you are our partners’ go-to-person, when they call in by phone. You can easily relate to and understand their businesses, and you enjoy advising and consulting them on our products and on our client cases. You thrive to give partners a spectacular experience through a trusted advisory relationship by focusing on partner retention.

Maybe you are currently in a similar customer handling or product advising position, but is eager to try something new and be a part of a dynamic, international environment?

You also have:

  • Near-native German language skills and conversational English language skills
  • Some experience in successfully managing and supporting B2B customers
  • The ability to develop tremendous loyalty with stakeholders
  • The ability to consult and advice on the best solution for a partner
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • No objection handling demanding customers
  • Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything
