People Analytics Consultant

Your challenges

 

In “People & Organisation” you will become part of a diverse and passionate team dedicated to our journey towards enhanced global collaboration across our newly established global HR organisation.

You will join the Global Rewards & People Analytics team consisting of 6 colleagues. Here, you will take on a role building the data and methodology foundation for future reporting and analytics. 

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Extract data from diverse IT-systems and collaborate with the data architects in the central data hub to establish people data structure in the data warehouse.
  • Prepare the data for analysis through data cleansing and munging.
  • Develop and produce dashboards and reports within all areas of the People agenda.
  • Deliver data, reporting and analytics to larger projects as well as ad. hoc. requests.
  • Develop automated and reproducible reports to the management.
  • Apply statistical analysis, interpretate patterns in data and help colleagues understand.
  • Collaborate with the central data hub to build advanced insight models.

All the mentioned tasks will be in collaboration with colleagues within and outside People & Organisation. You will work with skilled and specialist colleagues within IT systems, process design, data architecture and data scientists as well as all HR areas, so you will have great opportunities to learn and develop.

You will be based at Hørsholm, Denmark or Warsaw, Poland and be a part of a global organisation. You can expect to travel up to 10 days annually – both nationally and internationally.

 

Your qualifications

 

You have excellent collaboration skills and like working with other people, but you also thrive working independently and deep diving into data with your analytical mindset. You have a can-do-attitude and a strong focus on possibilities instead of limitations. You are passionate about making a difference and you have the willingness and the drive to build relationships in a global context. You thrive in an international environment and know how to act local and think global. Furthermore, you are a humble team player with cultural flair and a well-developed curiosity in other people and their motivations.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have a master’s degree within business administration, IT or within natural or social science.
  • Have a few years of working experience including experience working with large and diverse datasets – preferable people data. You could be a newly graduate, but only if you also have relevant experience.
  • Have solid analytical skills, including statistical modelling and testing.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge of Workday, Cornerstone, Power BI, the programming language R and/or machine learning principles will be an advantage.
  • Speak and write English effortlessly.
