People & Culture Lead for wound & skin care & Commercial Operations

Do you enjoy balancing strategic organizational development with the hands-on tasks in a HR Business partner role? And would you like to work in a dynamic and global context, with lots of influence? Then we are looking for you as our new People & Culture Lead supporting the business areas of Commercial Operations and Global Wound & Skin Care.

We are looking for experience and the right personality


To be successful in the role we expect you to have an extensive and broad experience as HR Business Partner and thereby deep knowledge within the areas of HR, preferably in an international setting. It is an absolute must that you thrive and navigate comfortably in ambiguity, know how to influence in informal structures, and are able to work very independently. At the same time, you are strong in creating processes, plans and frameworks that make an impact based on analysis and knowledge – preferably based on experience from a CoE. 

You have an ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with business leaders and with your P&C colleagues across geographies. Besides this, you have:

  • Drive, self-confidence, can-do attitude in the right combination with a strong team-spirit
  • Business acumen and a natural interest in understanding the business 
  • A relevant Master’s degree or similar
  • Fluency in English

  • Your role will be to

  • Proactively partner and engage with the leadership teams of Commercial Operations (ComOps) and the global Wound & Skin Care (WSC) business.
  • Take a long-term perspective and understand the business and wider context to identify people and organizational initiatives that drive performance and engagement, based on HR data and insights.
  • Drive the annual People Cycle proactively, efficiently and ensure managers apply a forward-looking view on the employees and the organization with the aim of developing employees.
  • Ensure that the HR business partnering setup works efficiently across geographies, and proactively bring in the right support from HR Operations, Talent & Leadership, Systems & Insights and Compensation & Benefits
  • Drive selected projects for the business, e.g. cultural changes, analysis of HR data etc.

  • Our team 

    You will be part of the global People & Culture leadership team for the Growth Organisation. The team counts 6 experienced People & Culture leaders, and the role reports to the VP People & Culture, Growth. You will be working closely with great colleagues from the global P&C Development teams, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and HR Operations. Besides working closely with colleagues in P&C, you will be working closely with leadership teams ComOps and WSC. We enjoy a global, fun, yet challenging working environment, where everyone is focused on delivering value to the business.
