PhD Position in Bioimaging of Artificial Skin Models

A PhD scholarship in Bioimaging and Artificial skin models is available in the laboratory of Associate Professor Jonathan R. Brewer, situated at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Southern Denmark. The position is to be filled by 15 August 2019 or soon thereafter. 

Outstanding candidates with experience in 3D cell culturing and optical microscopy techniques, such as live cell spinning disk/confocal and Coherent anti Stokes Raman Scattering, with an education in molecular biology, biochemistry, bio-physics and similar areas are invited to apply. Candidates should have a strong background in molecular biology. Knowledge and experience of advanced optical microscopy is desired, but can be acquired during the PhD.
