PHP / Laravel Developer (Copenhagen, Aalborg, Home)

Plusservice ApS (part of the Internet Zoo Group) is a group of online companies, specializing in Dating, Gambling, Gaming and E-commerce, established more than 19 years ago in Aalborg, Denmark. 

We are looking for a profile:

  • That takes pride in their work, has ideas coming out of the wazoo and the desire to develop and drive tasks to success
  • That is teachable, effective and agile in any area of development and can work on many different types of tasks, even outside normal work areas

We envision that you:

  • Know the insides and outsides of PHP and MySQL
  • Have experience with Vue.js and Laravel
  • Are used to working in Git (or similar)
  • Hopefully have knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Nginx, Apache, Redis, ElasticSearch, Ubuntu/Debian, Web (JavaScript, HTML/CSS)
  • Have a relevant middle to high education and a strong technology background, e.g. Master from DTU, ITU, etc.
  • Can speak, write and understand English at a high level
  • Are flexible enough to access tasks within 24 hours
  • Can work in teams and have a good constructive attitude
  • Understand that overtime and urgent tasks can be part of your job

You will get the opportunity to:

  • Work both frontend as well as backend, on the intersection of all our platforms and systems
  • Expand your technical and professional skills
  • To be part of a small team of like-minded developers and web designers

We offer, among other things:

  • Insight into a friendly and innovative company driven by passion for many different online industries (eCommerce, Dating, Gaming)
  • A lot of "young" and social colleagues, in an extremely laissez faire work environment with everything from foosball, Friday bar, endless supply of softdrinks, snacks and much more, across the main office in Aalborg as a well as our satellite offices in Copenhagen and Kyiv.
  • Ability to work from home as well as at the office in the centre of Aalborg and/or Copenhagen
