Mille Food have been approved by CNCA to deliver infant formula to the Chinese market and are looking for a Plant Director to take control of the infant formula production in Denmark, just north of Copenhagen.

The Plant Director have the overall responsibility for the operational affairs and most important, the production line of infant formula. The Plant Director will be responsible for quality assurance, the employee in the production and of course plant operations management, where a solid technical understanding of infant formula is a must. You will be manager for 35 employees and focus on the whole supply chain.

The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machines from the leading European dairy equipment manufacturers, have highly skilled employees and top class suppliers. It is certified according to HACCP and FSSC 22000 Food Safety System.

Mille Food has strong relations to Danish state institutions eg The Danish Growth Fund, Denmark's Export Credit Agency and University of Copenhagen, Food Science. 

Leader with technical background and great leadership skills
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering within food technology or another similar educational background. You are ambitious, passionate and a people person with great leadership skills. You have a good understanding of managing different types of teams in an international environment.

Key responsibilities
