Maersk is looking for a Platform Product Owner to join our team. You will work closely with the end-to-end Product Owner, engineering team and the end users to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with business objectives and user needs. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable user stories that can be implemented by the development team, supporting in doing the user research and creating a delightful product for end users.

Understand the problem space by connecting with end-users and stakeholders Define Product vision and ensure roadmap and future idea leads to realizing the vision Define and drive development in the product area from the capacity of product owner in a scrum team Support scrum team to improve, define, develop, deploy cycle, validate cycle Own and manage Product backlog which provide clarity and foresight for development team Demonstrate a combination of a technical engineering knowledge and an effective business acumen. Ability to simplifying complex problem to solve in iteration Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to bring end user delight Interpersonal skills, and capability to deal diplomatically in conflicting interest situations. Stimulates creative ideas and perspectives that add value to product and platform Ability to demonstrate strong Maersk leadership skills, by using sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions Working at Maersk
