You will maintain up to date knowledge and be responsible for all advice and guidance given on employee relations matters e.g. performance/conduct issues, absence, grievance, redundancy and other aspects of employment law in the BA. Furthermore, you will drive the Organizational Review process in cooperation with the MD which includes talent and succession mapping. Lastly, you will ensure that the BA is working in compliance with local Pharma Industry codes of practice (e.g.: ENLI, ABPI, IPHA, PIF etc).
