Center for Translational Neuromedicine (CTN)

A post-doctoral position is available immediately for an enthusiastic and highly motivated post-doctoral researcher within CTN, a department-level center of excellence newly established in the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, at the University of Copenhagen.

This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative multi-disciplinary team engaged in brain tumor research, starting preferentially on 1st March 2018 or as soon as possible. Our work is focused on understanding the mechanisms involved in the genesis or progression of human gliomas. In particular, we are interested in the dynamic regulation of genes, non-coding RNA, and signalling pathways between normal and neoplastic human glioma precursor cells, as a way to identify novel therapeutic targets and develop alternative paradigms for treatment of human gliomas.
