The position

is out of Lundbeck’s headquarters in Valby. In GPS Technologies, we are 6 employees that provide support to our safety systems worldwide.

You will get to:

  • Serve as administrator of the safety systems
  • Manage operations related to the safety database system e.g., system validation, safety database system upgrades, manage all system related issues with vendor, manage database configurations (distribution rules, libraries, validation rules) etc.
  • Manage and maintain the GPS Safety GXP systems. This includes monitoring, impact assessment and testing of patches and application release updates, and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to streamlining the system experiences and researching new solutions to customer demands or recurring problems
  • Collaborate with your close colleagues in GPS Technologies, SMEs across the organization for projects and implementations, as well as vendors, Corporate IT and Service Desk for the safety system.
  • Work in a global team environment
  • Support audits and inspections
  • We would like you to have:

  • Relevant bachelor or master's degree in Life Sciences - alternatively Computer Science or Engineering
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in Pharmacovigilance activities and preferably experience in working and managing the safety database (e.g. ARISg/LSMV)
  • Strong task and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, triage, resolve and escalate in an efficient and effective manner
  • Effective communication, patience, determination, and follow-through in tracking, troubleshooting and bringing to resolution
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts/procedures/policies to non-technical customers
  • Quality focus with strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; fluent written and oral English
