Product Manager

A position as Product Manager in the area of diabetes is now available in the Danish affiliate.

About the department
The job is located in the Novo Nordisk Danish affiliate based in Copenhagen, Ørestad. As Product Manager you will be part of a dynamic Marketing team of 8 people, where you will work closely with other Product Managers as well as collaborate cross functionally. Diabetes has never been more exciting than now – and with the portfolio of products we have, you will be there to make a real difference for patients.

The position
Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for driving growth of two in-line brands, Tresiba® and Victoza®.

You will play an important role in further cementing the leadership position in diabetes by executing on the overall strategy as well as identifying new innovative approaches and tactics.

Your off-set is to optimize the marketing mix for the brands, and setting a clear direction to your sales-, medical- and market access colleagues. You will actively contribute in brand teams and coordinate cross functional processes. Another part of your role will be to initiate and analyse market research as well as continuously measure the impact and act on results to improve outcome. Disease awareness activities to patients/relatives are a focus area that you will help us lift to a new level. Finally, communication of brand positioning to the sales force will be part of your role as well as developing relevant promotional material, exploring digital opportunities and collecting feedback from the field.

Qualifications
You hold a relevant master’s degree (business, economics or the like) and have a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing and product management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Competences within disease awareness and digital marketing channels are key strengths of yours and experience from pharmaceutical sales or having worked closely with the Sales Force is also an advantage.

Fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English is a requirement.
