Product Manager for Stibo Systems

As a Product Manager working in the Product MDM strategy group, you will become instrumental in delivering on this mission. Reporting to the Product Line Director, you will be working with key customers and partners within the Retail sector as well as internal stakeholders to understand and identify how we can create value with our Product MDM platform, influencing the strategy and executing on it with a true market-driven and value-led mindset.

The right profile can be placed anywhere within compatible time zones, but ideally based out of either the Aarhus or Atlanta office.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide product leadership to drive the enablement our customers to use their Product Master Data to create value in their business, through our product development
  • Work with Product Line Director to create long term vision and value proposition based on market problems
  • Work with Product Line Director to build and maintain the roadmap and communicate the roadmap internally and externally
  • Lead the market problem identification process, validating that there is both pervasiveness and willingness to pay
  • Translate customer needs and market problems into product initiatives
  • Work with Product Owners in translating initiatives and objectives into product solutions
  • Ensure that the Product Owners develop solutions that both solves the problem and delights internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply the principles of Pragmatic Marketing and Agile development
  • Understand UX, user journeys and personas, and ensure product initiatives are in the context of a coherent user experience

Your skills/experiences:

  • A deep understanding of and extensive experience with Product Management, preferably in the Retail sector
  • Ability to be market driven and value led in your Product Management work
  • Have an Agile mindset and experience with Agile development
  • People management skills and experience
  • Ability to work with dispersed teams in a matrix organisation
  • Track record of execution that meets aligned expectations
  • Experience working in a B2B market interfacing with decision makers in big companies and enterprises
  • Have a good business acumen and experience interfacing with and supporting commercial departments
  • Experience with MDM is a definite advantage, as is experience with Pragmatic Marketing
