As our new Product Marketing Manager for our Learning Experiences team, you identify and deliver new ways of helping our customers and partners become Milestone software experts.

You transform novices into experts and evangelists

As our new Product Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to build a strong learner value proposition for our users on their journey from novices to experts. Taking an outside-in approach, you develop a clear understanding of their different needs at every step of the learning journey, uncovering new opportunities to make the journey shorter, faster and more inspiring – ultimately building a strong base of Milestone evangelists. To succeed, you conduct needs analyses, interviews and usability studies as well as market analyses of our channel partners and end-customers’ business challenges as they sell, design, deploy, support, and develop integrations for Milestone products. Your findings also provide the basis for your ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of the Milestone Learning Experiences portfolio. 

Based at our global headquarters in Brøndby, just outside of Copenhagen, Denmark, you’ll be working closely with Learning Experiences colleagues in both Denmark and in Oregon, U.S.A. Together, you form a cohesive unit with a shared understanding of the importance of world-class Learning Experiences in adding value for our customers and creating continued preference for our software.

 

You have an eye for development needs and a global mindset

To succeed in this position, you have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with at least five years' experience with product management and/or product marketing. In addition, you have experience measuring the impact of documentation, learning and development programs. 

You are a skilled communicator, written & oral, with an ability to influence without authority, and you are ready to take centre-stage yourself to bring the Milestone message across with confidence and enthusiasm, whether it’s live at an industry convention or on social media. You thrive on constant change and the opportunity to shape your job content, your department and your career in a global software company on an ambitious growth journey. You write and speak English at business level, and you enjoy working in an international environment with colleagues in different time-zones and approximately 20 days of business travel annually.
