Product Responsible in Product Maintenance

About the department
We are looking for a new Product Responsible to join Novo Nordisk A/S, Product Maintenance, Device Design Control in Hillerød, Denmark. 


In Device Design Control the main task is to safeguard the marketed medical device and combination product  by ensuring the device documentation is reflecting authorities and NN requirements to deliver a safe product. Device Design Control holds the responsibility to oversee and execute a portfolio of process and product related enhancement initiatives and projects ensuring our device portfolio remains both compliant and attractive for the market. Our task is to document and provide input to regulatory submissions, answers authorities questions, evaluate customer complaints, address production issues etc. This calls for a close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, global production sites and affiliates.

You can look forward to an exciting job engaging with multiple stakeholders at global and local level together  with a team of 13 colleges with various educations and work experience.

 

The Position

As Product Responsible in Device Design Control, you will have a shared responsibility for the device documentation for one or more products with one of your new colleagues. You will be driving the work in the post-launch phase of our medical device/combination product pipeline and manage the right balance between regulatory - and internal requirements and effective problem solving in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders As Product Responsible you will be responsible for identification, initiation, coordination and execution of enhancement initiatives with the focus on updating our device documentation.

Furthermore, as a member of the team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as process improvement initiatives.


Qualifications
You hold a Master’s Degree in e.g. bio-mechanics, engineering or similar combined with a a few year work experience preferably within medical devices or another regulated industry. Experience with medico electronic products/components is an advantage but not a necessity.

On a personal level, you have good communication skills and are experienced in working with complex problems where structured problem analysis is important. You can set the direction and drive performance, ensuring quality and speed by being pragmatic and open-minded. You are a person who is motivated by interacting with stakeholders and can ensure consensus when viewpoints are diverting. You are eager to share knowledge both within the team as well in other fora. 

You must be able to manage and drive several tasks at the same time and take a methodical approach to your work. You have demonstrated flexibility when priorities change while ensuring the short- and long-term.

In addition, you bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humor to your work, even when the pressure is on. Proficient in both spoken and written English is a must as well as Danish full time work permit.


The position may occasionally require oversea travel.
