Product Specialist - Southern Sweden

You take ownership of the innovative product-portfolio
In this newly established function as Product Specialist, you will refer directly to the Commercial Director and be a vital member of the ambitious Nordic sales team whom you will complement with your strong focus on the innovative product portfolio within the gastro area, that in many respects is the core of Braun Scandinavia’s business.  Based on a thorough introduction to the product range, you will be responsible for the business area in the southern part of Sweden where you will provide sales, training and advice to groups of key customers. Together with management and with the company’s other international specialists within the, you will help develop the market, your colleagues, the product range and the customer groups in an informal structure and tone, where the road from idea to action is short.

The general scope of your job will be selling of endoscopic accessories and other medical equipment to hospitals in the southern part of Sweden and doing that working with:

  • New customers Acquisition
  • Appointments with existing and potential customers; building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Close cooperation with the internal organization for the preparation of quotations; liaise with internal organization to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Follow-up of quotations
  • Guide customers to use new products and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Active relationship management of existing customers
  • Planning and preparation in advance of the week visit reports in accordance with the guidelines of the organization and make it available in good time so that coordination and consultation is possible.
  • Preparation of annual account plans
  • Visiting product or target groups of related trade fairs and congresses as representative of Braun Scandinavia.
  • Active part of the representations on the Braun Scandinavia stands during fairs and congresses.

You are a hands-on, result oriented med-tech sales professional
You ideally have a nursing or equivalent educational background and come from a similar job where you have gained experience with sales of hospital equipment and capital goods. You can document your success from past positions, are able to obtain a high-level of knowledge within you field of work and have a passion for sales and customer relations in all aspects. You are a hands-on and results-oriented person who takes pride in being the best in your field and your commercial understanding as well as your human attributes are excellent. You are also a ddiplomatic, intelligent and skilled negotiator who is very targeted and can mobilize others around you to follow your ideas and vision for closing deals.

Today the company is mostly focused on Gastroenterology.

BRAUN Scandinavia A/S presently operates in the Danish and Swedish markets but will over the next couple of years expand further into the Scandinavian marketplace.
