Product Supporter

Job Summary

As a Customer Supporter, you will report to Vivino's Product Support Manager and be joining our experienced and great Customer Support Team in Copenhagen. Your work will meet the customers from Day 1, and it's a great chance to improve your skills through challenging work, experienced colleagues and a bit of wine on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Handling product and customer support through online tools
  • Maintenance of online knowledge database
  • Continuously gathering knowledge about the Vivino product

Qualifications and Skills

  • You have great communication skills in English - Written as well as verbal
  • You are a patient, curious, communicative person who is eager to learn
  • You have strong technical skills, and knowledge of SQL would be useful
  • You are not an asshole
