  • Beregning af sikkerhedslager, ordrestørrelse mv.
  • Ansvarlig for gennemførelse af årlig lagerstatus
  • Efterkalkulationer af produktionsordrer
  • Back up for planlægningsfunktionerne i montage og produktion
  • (ved ferier, fravær)
  • Samarbejde og sparring med R&D omkring prototyper
  • Gennemførsel og produktionsmodning af prototyper
  • Ad hoc
Du bliver en del af PTA, som er en af de fire afdelinger i vores fabrik. Du vil have tæt samarbejde med de tre øvrige afdelinger, som er komponentproduktion, montage og kvalitet, derudover også R&D og indkøb. Du vil referere direkte til fabrikschefen.

Kvalifikationer

Vi forventer, at du opfylder følgende krav:
  • Du er uddannet produktionsteknolog eller produktionsingeniør med en baggrund som industritekniker. Alternativt har du mange års erfaring med lignende opgaver inden for branchen
  • Du har mindst 5 års erfaring fra lignende stilling
  • Du er ERP-superbruger
  • Du behersker dansk på højt niveau i skrift og tale
  • Du har gode engelskkundskaber
  • Du er Excel superbruger
  • Kendskab til LEAN er ikke et krav, men en fordel
Derudover forestiller vi os, at du er detaljeorienteret, en god planlægger, går op i kvalitet, har evnen til at sætte dig ind i nye opgaver og samtidigt trives med faste rutiner. Du er en teamplayer, har gode kommunikationsevner og kan begå dig i hele organisationen.

We are currently looking for a new Quality Specialist to join our office on Lindø, in Esbjerg or in Aarhus, depending on your residence. 

 

Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…drive and ensure root cause analysis of and preventive actions on critical non-conformances. You will ensure that all verification activities meet our quality requirements and specifications and perform corrective actions on issues in Manufacturing and Operations. As part of Technology, you will ensure that all outputs from your department to other departments fulfil the quality requirements.  

You will also be responsible for: 

  • Drive and manage quality planning activities
  • Ensure that customer/quality requirements and key lessons learned are incorporated into product functional specifications
  • Interact with departments in Technology, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Service
  • Provide quality support for departments in Technology
  • Support and attend customer meetings and customer process reviews/audits
  • Use APQP activities to ensure that design robustness and product manufacturability is delivered
  • Integrate program lessons learned in APQP activities
  • Coordinate quality on the integration of customer requirements to the supply chain with the customer 
  • Internally escalate potential product/process quality issues and develop robust planning to resolve 
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

 

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…holds bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/Composite Engineering, or has equivalent level of experience. We would prefer if you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a medium to high volume manufacturing environment. You should have good understanding of manufacturing engineering with respect to one or more of these areas: automated assembly equipment, complex product assemblies, mechanisms, metal and plastic forming, injection moulding technologies, tooling, fixtures and gauges.  

Also, we expect you to have the following qualifications:    

  • Understanding of APQP gate Review development processes   
  • Understanding of FMEA, MSA and GD&T   
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX or similar production systems    
  • Black belt preferred, green belt minimum   
  • Can demonstrate previous work in accordance with ISO9001/TS16949 and other key standards
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office. ISO/QS knowledge is a plus.

From field work to analyses In this role, you help optimize and improve our manufacturing sites. You do so by independently prioritizing and planning advanced analyses and troubleshooting to identify e.g. bottlenecks and cost-saving initiatives and executing on these. From field work to analyses
In this role, you help optimize and improve our manufacturing sites. You do so by independently prioritizing and planning advanced analyses and troubleshooting to identify e.g. bottlenecks and cost-saving initiatives and executing on these. You work as part of a project team, where you visit dairies to increase efficiency, by identifying potential improvements on the site. You will drive your own workstreams and be part of a project team at the site.

Your challenge

  • Ensure delivery of work stream objectives
  • Create tactical implementation plans through interviews, analyses and presentations
  • Plan, lead and facilitate capability training/workshops on site
  • Ensure delivery of saving potentials by implementing changes at the shop floor
  • Lead or participate in business case development as well as explorative supply chain analyses ad hoc basis
  • You will need to be at sites to deliver, therefore expect extensive travel across our DK sites
