As our Project Coordinator within sales and marketing in the Neuroscience Business Unit is going on maternity leave from August 1st, 2022, to April 30th, 2023 , we are looking for a person that can step in and help us during this time.
Here is an opportunity to be in the center of our Neuroscience Business Unit providing administrative and project support to our sales and marketing colleagues in our efforts to support patients and drive sustainable business and innovation.
You will be working closely with the BU Head, 1 commercial lead, 1 digital commercial manager, 2 Key Account Managers and 1 BU Coordinator. Together with the team you will constantly work to improve the business.
You will report to the Business Unit Director for Neuroscience BU in Denmark.
JOB PROFILE
Your main objectives are related to:
Ariba & finance in general
Veeva activity management
Compliance/ENLI questions
Contracts/DocuSign
Payment of fee to speakers
Takeda organized meetings
Specific projects
Coordinate BU events and meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
On a personal note, you are structured, proactive, and self-driven with the ability to adapt under changing circumstances. You are a team player who feel energized by helping others, and you understand the need to be service-oriented and collaborative. You are detail oriented and not afraid to constructively challenge your colleagues.
Good communication skills are essential, and you communicate in writing and verbally – both in English and Danish. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion.
Education and Experience
Experience from a similar position in pharma
Expert MS Office user, in particular excellent skills in Power Point
