The position
We are looking to hire a project manager for our office in Viby, Denmark.

You will join our IT CAPEX team in the Supply Chain and Planning area in IT Solutions. With direct reference to our Global Head of Customer Deliveries, you will become a part of a team, who is responsible for the execution of customer programs and deliveries and cooperation on the largest Kamstrup customer accounts.

Program Manager with focus on Kamstrups most strategic customer projects
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the program with regards to delivery, revenue, cost, and quality, in corporation with the organization. It is therefore essential that you are able to communicate on all level of the organization and secure the programs performance.

More specific your responsibilities in the role as Program Manager will be to:

  • Lead the program with responsibility for revenue, cost, quality and deliveries
  • Be the main point of contact for the costumer top program management
  • Ensure that specific agreement and legal requirements are identified, communicated and complied with the costumer agreement
  • Contract and change management and securing ad-on sales
  • Secure clear communication both internal and external
  • Organize and people management for your project team

In the job you must expect around 100 travel days per year.

Personality matters
As a person, you are proactive and able to identify potential risk in the program. You possess a strong drive, and you are able to create commitment and positive work culture in your responsible programs. Additionally, you are a strong communicator and able to communicate on all levels in the organization.

You are structured and it is natural for you as a Program Manager to plan, follow-up, report and document the stages and results of the projects. You are able to manage several things at the same time without losing track and the ability to make decisions.

To succeed as Program Manager, it is a requirement that you also:

  • Have minimum 5 years of experience with IT and software project management
  • Prosses a good technical understanding
  • Understand the process and the nature of IT and hardware developing

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish, Swedish or Norwegian will be an advantage.
