You will be located in our HQ in Skanderborg, where you will be working out of our R&D department, more specifically within the Automotive team. You are responsible for end-to-end project execution within the Automotive team, covering the specifications and business plans from Chinese business partners into our development and production in Denmark. Your primary task will be juggling several projects while collaborating closely with colleagues from the entire organization, including Product Management, Quality & Test, Sales, Production and After Sales. Moreover, you will be working with several global partners and working closely with our colleagues in China. It goes without saying that the success depends on the projects being on-time, and many project meetings will be in both Chinese and Danish. It is essential that you are Chinese speaking, and have a personality that can bring our Danish and Chinese teams even closer together.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management
  • Project budgeting and reporting
  • Resource planning and prioritization
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Resource planning and people motivation
  • Frequent visits to external partners, monitoring project progress
  • Stakeholder management, from Steering Committee and project participants to external partners and sub-suppliers

To back it all up, you have theoretical as well as "hands on" experience as Project Manager. We expect you hold a degree in Electronic Engineering, or that you have a background as a Technician. You must show documented project management results - if you are certified in IPMA level C that would be an advantage. You have solid experience from working with Chinese partners or stakeholders, and international exposure motivates you. You are comfortable speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Danish. You might even have experience from within the audio or the automoitive industries.

You should expect approximately 30-60 travel days per year.

Jobbeskrivelse
Ingeniørhøjskolen Aarhus Universitet (ASE) søger en lektor/adjunkt til området Elektrisk Energiteknologi, som kan hjælpe os med at gennemføre vores visioner. Der forventes, at du, afhængig af dine kvalifikationer, skal kunne varetage undervisningen og tilhørende udvikling samt anvendt forskning inden for et eller flere af uddannelsernes emner, herunder:
  • Elektriske forsyningssystemer, inklusiv analyse og simulation
  • Transmission og distributionssystemer med tilhørende tilslutningskrav
  • Vedvarende energiproduktion og energimarkeder
  • Effektelektronik til bl.a. transportsektoren og elforsyning
  • Direktiver, regler, standarder og tekniske forskrifter for elektriske installationer m.m.
  • Digitalisering af energisystemer

Desuden skal du varetage projektvejledning og coaching af studerende samt undervise i nogle af vores grundfag på 1.-4. semester, herunder energisystemer, vedvarende energisystemer og energiproduktion, termodynamik, automatisering og elektriske komponenter. Stillingen forudsætter kendskab til installationsteknik, højspændingsteknik og EMC. Erfaring med produktudvikling og projektledelse er et plus.

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…must have wind industry experience, including extensive experience with PSCAD and PowerFactory simulation tools combined with good knowledge of wind turbine grid connection and grid compliance. To succeed in this position, it is important that you thrive in a role where you will be the technical expert within your specific area, but it is just as important that you can communicate your knowledge to various stakeholders and build strong relationships with customers and analyse their needs. 

We expect that you: 

  • Have an analytical and structured mindset
  • Have good knowledge of wind turbine converter, transformer and switchgear influence on grid compliance 
  • As a minimum hold a bachelor’s degree within electrical engineering
  • Have excellent collaboration skills
  • Can handle many tasks simultaneously
  • Have good knowledge of wind park power flow, protection and dynamic studies
  • Have experience with PSS/E simulation tools (preferred, not required)
