The Position

 

As our Project Manager in QC, you will be welcomed in a newly established department, dedicated to support the three Danish QC laboratories, and in providing excellent service with regards to Strategy, Standards and Optimization. This opportunity is a global position in which you will be collaborating with international sites to drive standardization projects. This involves collaborating with different process groups and project leads to secure the overview, alignment, and best practice sharing.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Driving project execution
  • Stakeholder management with different sites and steering groups
  • Coordinating the network for standardization and for best practice sharing
     

You will have the opportunity to join a fairly new department on a journey of establishing ourselves and with great potential to make a difference! This is an exciting time to join our team, with the ability to grow with the department whilst implementing the processes. 


Qualifications

 

To be considered for this role you have:

  • A Master’s Degree within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar with experience with project management on a large scale.
  • Laboratory experience and understanding of QC processes is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical/ GMP environment or another highly regulated environment.
  • Great communication skills in English with the ability to build relations with stakeholders at all levels.

 

As a person, you have a great understanding of business and the ability to set direction. You consider yourself as a curious individual and enjoy working in a team to create new solutions. Furthermore, you have a natural flair for communication, and you own the ability to simplify things, when interacting with stakeholders cross functionally.

 

About the Department

 

You will join IFP QC DK where 160+ colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We are responsible for performing all QC analysis across IFP DK including release test from several global production units, handling of customer complaints, stability samples and validation activities. In addition, we are an important partner in the global QC network in IFP, consisting of laboratories in France, Brazil, US and China. You will be part of a department responsible for providing great support and setting direction across IFP QC. 


In the department you will work together with Planners, Data analysts, Lean, GMP and Training Partners. We guarantee that you will be exposed to exciting professional challenges and development opportunities.
