Project Planner

Accountabilities

  • Maintaining the customer schedule
  • Validating and amending the internal planning to freeze the project baseline including scheduling activities and cost definition by activity
  • Monitoring monthly progress including the customer schedule update and earned value management reports on internal planning
  • Alerting management about issues or problems that may hinder project completion

 
Skills & knowledge
You have a technical and/or a business background and at least 5 years of experience within project planning in an international environment. Project management and multi-tasking skills are very important in this role.

Further Requirements:

  • You are proficient in Primavera/MPS software
  • Advanced English skills- written and spoken (Ansaldo’s corporate language)

We are looking for a person who is analytical and understands the importance of establishing close contact with key people in and around the project. You interact frequently with different levels and professionals within the organization which is why it’s important that you have good communication skills. In the position as Project Planner you are expected to have a constant communication with team members regarding status, delivery and potential risks. You have the ability to take your own initiatives and you are able to find and request information.

It is an advantage if you have experience from construction and/or infrastructure-business.
