Du yder således teknisk support og fungerer som trouble-shooter, når der opstår problemer, og du fungerer som en slags facilitator for de små forbedringer, som løbende implementeres. 

Du forventes at være hurtig til at tilegne dig ny viden, således at afdelingen hurtig vil være rimelig selvhjulpen. Der vil naturligvis altid være god mulighed for at sparre med dygtige kollegaer fra udviklingsafdelingen, hvis man støder på et problem, som ikke kan løses i PTA-afdelingen. 

Eftersom produktionsapparatet er fordoblet flere gange, skal der som eksempel implementeres et godt vedligeholdelsessystem og et godt produktionsstyringssystem. Begge dele vil du få god mulighed for at få indflydelse på og ansvaret for at implementere. 

PTA-afdelingen skal kunne supportere produktionen hele døgnet, hele ugen (minimum på tilkald). Dette skal tilrettelægges i PTA-afdelingen og derfor forventes en stor fleksibilitet mht. arbejdstider. About the job
