Due to positive development, we are looking for a Quality / Service Engineer to help us become even better in what we do. You will be joining a collaborative team ready to share their knowledge and help you build your knowledge through support and comprehensive training.

With reference to our Technical Support Manager, you will be part of a team that is responsible for service, technical support and calibration of the company's machines and equipment.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include the following;

  • Supplier engagement requesting and coordinating external service technicians
  • Acquire quotes and create purchase orders
  • Coordinate calibration campaigns
  • Administrative management of our equipment database
  • Support during audits
  • NCR and CAPA handling
  • Project participation in purchase of new machines
