Your role at Baxter:

Are you ready to break new grounds and shape a new role in Baxter and directly impact our “go to market” strategies and tactics? Have you enjoyed working virtually with you clients, but would like to meet them ones in a while?

As a Remote Account Manager, you will have high visibility and exposure both Nordic and European. You will join a growing Business Unit in the spotlight, continue to expand Baxter’s Acute Dialysis business business and bring our fantastic products to the market.

Collaboration with the wider field sales team, commercial and medical functions will allow you to have insight and possibilities to influence marketing, pricing, and market access activities. You will be instrumental in driving the business forward.

As a member of our team, you will get to work closely with our field sales team; and nurture relationships with our clients to identify their needs and fulfil their sales requirements. You will have full ownership and accountability on a given business scope, with a primary responsibility of proactively prospecting new business opportunities, up-selling to existing customers and striving to exceed quarterly and annual targets while maximizing revenue opportunity across the respective.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Remotely sell Baxter's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
  • Provide on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up
  • Deliver On-going product servicing through accurate product information and forecasting 
  • Translate the results of your market insights into a clear prioritization of sales actions
  • Submit accurate monthly forecasts based on intelligent and realistic pipeline management along with any other reporting requirements, in conjunction with Baxter’s CRM
  • We are presently seeking people who have:

  • A flair for working with people and a passion for sales
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment
  • Strong communication skills over the phone
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills
  • Proactive approach and resilient attitude in developing new prospects and closing deals
  • A degree in science, technology, medical or business related subject preferred
  • Ideally previous remote sales experience and/or experience in the Life Science industry
  • Fluency/strong skills in English, Swedish or Danish
