Responsible Engagement Manager

Core Responsibilities
The safeguarding of children sits firmly alongside our values and is a fundamental component of every LEGO® touchpoint and digital experience.
The purpose of this position is to drive the implementation of our strategy on responsible engagement with children across the LEGO® digital platforms.

In particular you will:
• Lead the implementation of our strategic Digital Citizenship & Wellbeing initiative and drive the topic of Responsible Digital Engagement with Children
• Ensure partner alignment and collaboration on communication, content and campaigns that tie into the responsible engagement and good digital citizenship
• Understand and share standard methodologies and market examples with key partners to drive adoption and ensure that we are amongst leading companies in the field
• Promote continuous strong partner communication and cross-functional collaboration with internal digital departments

The Kids Engagement team is crafting, running and marketing experiences that allow us to offer inspirational, personal and social experiences to kids across all touch points – with kids and tweens as the primary target audience and child safety and their wellbeing at the core. These experiences are a core segment of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO® experiences in significant ways which builds deeper consumer engagement and improved consumer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate has a significant working experience and track record in a digital kids’ space working with app and/or web products or campaigns targeting kids. Advanced English communication skills are required.

Furthermore, you demonstrate:
• An understanding of digital child safety, wellbeing, and responsibility of digital kids' engagement with the challenges and possibilities within this field
• A change and resilient approach with a can-do demeanor to make new things happen through influence rather than direct control and ownership
• Excellent partner collaboration skills to fulfill interaction across the company
• Structured attitude with attention to details
