You’ll be powering our Nordic Retention Team
We are seeking experienced person within this area who has a strong nose for value and passion to make an impact! The Nordic Retention Team is a part of our Merchant Services business. We handle all our B2B customers who call us to terminate their engagement with Nets on Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreements.


You will be a part of a successful team, where employee satisfaction, career development and winner mentality is highly prioritized. We have teams based in both Ballerup and Helsinki and this position is located in Ballerup, Denmark.
We can also offer support for re-location at your move to Denmark in case you are currently located in Norway.

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.


You have a preferred sales profile and love to work with customers. You are known as a great listener and you are great at building customer relations. Energy levels are high, and you are not put down by rejections. You should be able to perform under pressure and keep a cool mind.
Your key responsibilities are:

•    Outbound and Incoming calls
•    Prevent churn by delivering a good customer experience
•    Attend to customer queries and ensure highest customer satisfaction
•    Cross-sales to existing customers

Your professional qualifications include:

•    Track record of high performance from retention and/or sales function, maybe within Fintech, Telecom, Media or Insurance
•    Quality conscious and able to deliver an exceptional customer experience
•    Strong communicative skills
•    Good ability to negotiate
•    A wish for further career development
•    Fluent both written and verbal in Norwegian at Business Level
•    Written and verbal English in Basic Level at least
