ROLE:  SALES COORDINATOR (German speaking)

TEAM: RETAIL SALES

HOURS: FULL TIME

LOCATION: COPENHAGEN

START DATE:  MAY 1st, 2021

Our global Sales team looks for - and after all our commercial and external sales partners. We invest heavily in identifying the synergies, and developing the relationships, that maximize the experience for our customers the last three feet of the way. We are a small dedicated team and depend heavily on all our team members ability to take ownership and work independently while contributing to the team and overall business.

That means your daily life with us is going to look something like this:

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The main focus of the role will be to expand sales within the professional segment such as corporations, public institutions, event organizers, commercial partners, rental companies etc.

As our new Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop sales strategy together with Global Sales Director
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory which initially for this role will be DACH
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Develop sales- and pitch material for prospects
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Work with internal stakeholders in e.g., logistics and finance to deliver above and beyond customer experience
  • Coordinate special customer requests for e.g., customizations
  • Service existing accounts
  • Develop and execute up-sell strategies for existing customers in corporation with Global Sales Lead and marketing
  • Assist Global Sales Lead on administrative tasks
  • Explore and develop CRM system
  • Requirements

    In order to thrive with these responsibilities successfully we expect you to have:

  • German (native) fluency – language & market knowledge
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong communication presence and experience initiating a significant amount of communications per day
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM and web presentation systems and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Experience with CE and lifestyle channels is a plus
