The Sales Coordinator will play a key role within the Danish ‘go-to market’ team, taking ownership for Reckitt Health "brand activation" within the trade. This includes delivery of product data to external stakeholders with 100% accuracy, design and delivery of the field sales toolkit, and management of all point of sale creation. The length of the contract is 18 months from the starting date, with a great opportunity to be employed in a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% product data accuracy to all external stakeholders including customers and relevant 3rd parties/authorities
  • Ensure the right processes are in place to consistently deliver ‘right first-time’ data accuracy, and manage product data changes in a timely manner to avoid any negative impact on the distribution
  • Give Nordic Trade Marketing feedback to Trade Promotion concepts, materials & artwork
  • Develop Trade Promotion budget, calendar, and compliant POS materials, drive the implementation, and track the performance against KPIs and budget
  • Develop compelling sales slides for the sales rep sell-in of Trade Promotions and NPDs stores
  • Pharma Field sales team contact and daily admin and support for the team
  • Drive display strategy, P&L, and catalog. Participate in display approval meetings with internal Logistic and Finance stakeholders. Finally, make display packaging instructions and set up the displays in the internal systems
  • Responsible for creating and changing SKU set ups in OAS / SAP systems and register in price-lists
  • Assist Nordic Trade Marketing in checking local texts on product artworks and marketing materials
  • Assist the Channel Manager in making Ad hoc deep dives in sales data and assist in getting local Data Requests – NPD sales, ROS, inventory, etc.
  • Primary contact to External Logistic partner and internal Supply, KAM, Field Sales, Management
  • Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or marketing role within the FMCG industry
  • Proven capability for managing large amounts of complex data
  • Experience in analyzing large and complex data
  • Fluency in English and Danish
  • Proactive, high level of ownership required
  • Confident communicator, with very strong planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
