Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative in our Copenhagen office, you will be in charge of driving sales opportunities in collaboration with our Account Executives. Your main responsibilities will include creative approaches to engage with prospects, based on emails, phone calls and social media interactions. We are looking for a fast-paced, efficient and communicative sales developer who is constantly on top of the latest sales trends and translates them into action to reach future Queue-it customers.

We are working with leading retail brands, ticket vendors, governmental and educational organizations as well as crypto companies across the globe to ensure that their customers and users have the best possible experience, even during peak web traffic. With Queue-it, our customers can provide their clients a fair and frustration-free online experience during the most business-critical times.

The Role:

  • Identify, research and create strategies to successfully engage target prospects and contacts
  • Craft, fine-tune, and personalize outreach (emails, calls, social media channels) that attract responses from prospects, monitor and analyze results of changes and best practices
  • Document, analyze, and share effective techniques and approaches that can contribute to generating new opportunities
  • We serve customers globally, so changing working hours should be expected

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business, communication, or technical)
  • Experience from a similar role is preferred
  • Familiar with a consultative B2B sales approach
  • Experience with CRM systems and SaaS companies
  • Motivation to achieve ambitious monthly goals, and motivated by an incentive scheme
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who is driven to meet goals and deliver results
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
