Sales Development Representative

Plecto is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to join our inbound sales department. You will be responsible for developing opportunities with all inbound clients by qualifying leads, and being the first contact to all Plecto clients. You are able to balance numerous leads in a structured manner, while familiarizing yourself with individual customer needs.

You will be working in a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is characterized by operating in a global market. For this reason, you should expect occasional evening work in order to be able to serve multiple markets within their local working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound leads who requested a trial
  • Develop new business from inbound leads and identify areas to expand business with existing clients
  • Coordinate presentations between clients and Account Executives 
  • Service multiple clients concurrently and collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective customers 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Great business acumen with a structured approach to your work
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Prior experience from B2B or sales is a plus but not a requirement
  • Great ability to collaborate and work across teams
  • Ability to quickly identify where Plecto can add value to a customer
