Join our air pollution control team in a role that gives you global influence over project sales.

 

About the role

You will be leading sales of full-scale EP and EPC projects, in close cooperation with our process and proposal team and regional sales managers. You will be involved in the key stages of the discussions with Clients and external stakeholders to contribute to overall business results.

 

About the department

Our department integrates sales, process and proposal with the aim to support sales and execution of the Fabric Filter business unit. It consists of a global team of experienced sales managers, process engineers, layout specialists and proposal managers.

You can be located in our office in Valby (Copenhagen area), Denmark or in our office in Milano, Italy.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the evaluation of business opportunities and definition of the sales strategies.
  • Front Clients at key stages of the sales phase together with regional sales.
  • Coordinate the process and proposal team in the preparation of the technical proposal.
  • Ensure that the sales offer is complete in all aspects by involving internal stake-holders (commercial, procurement, calculations, legal, tax etc.), leading to the best possible terms for FLSmidth and fulfilling client expectations.
  • Sales support area is predominantly Europe and North Africa.

 

Qualification and Background:

  • Educational background in Engineering.
  • 8+ years’ experience in sales, in the sector of mechanical / industrial engineering.
  • Language skills: fluent in English, and preferably a good knowledge of French.
