Sales Manager København/Sjælland

The rapid growth of the company has resulted in two Børsen Gazelle awards and acknowledged through an official partnership with Linkedin, giving our customers unique possibilities utilizing the possibilities on the world's largest professional network.

We are looking for a strong Sales Manager for the Copenhagen/Zealand area in order to respond to the high demand for our solutions.

Along with our core product HR-ON Recruit, we are experiencing an extensive demand on our new solution, HR-ON Staff, which handles all HR tasks from core employee data, equipment, contracts, digital signature, competences and processes to a mobile app for pre-hire, onboarding, surveys and more.

The system is developed in close cooperation with our customers and based on the newest technologies giving us unlimited possibilities for integrations and tailored solutions working on all platforms from PC and tablets to mobile devices.

You are a senior sales professional with 8+ years experience from a similar position related to digital solutions for businesses. You will be in charge of selling our products primarily but not only to the Zealand and Copenhagen area. A professional background as former HR Manager in a large company or a Recruiter along with strong sales competencies is prefered. Experiences within HR-processes, talent management, onboarding, competence management etc. are preferred.

You are free to undertake your work from home and/or from our office in Copenhagen. You will be in touch with the head office in Odense through daily online meetings. Besides this you will also meet the colleagues at the office (when the corona situation has normalized) weekly or monthly depending on the situation.

Your salary consist of a basic salary plus a provision based on your sales result and pensions and health insurance arranged by HR-ON, who also ensures that you have all equipment you need as regards PC, phone, access to communications and sales tools as well as reimbursement of all your expenses related to your work.
