Sales & Marketing Coordinator, pharmacy and retail business
Overall role:
Recently Takeda has made an agreement with Orifarm to divest OTC portfolio. We are therefore seeking an interim Sales & Marketing Coordinator in order to secure business continuity and support the business area in the expected 7-9 months transfer period.
Qualifications:
It is crucial that the Sales & Marketing Coordinator has qualifications in project management. Likewise, the right candidate is familiar with retail and pharmacy business and has experience in SAP and BI tools.

Responsibilities:
Project management in connection to the Marketing Authority transfer of OTC brands from Takeda to Orifarm
Financial management of PO´s, invoices and cost center phasing in Ariba
Pricing, item data maintenance/creation and forecasting in SAP
Tender price management, yearly and bi-weekly tenders
S&OP meetings with production plants
BI reports generation in DLI PharmaView Sense, COOP data warehouse, Targit etc.
Coordination of promotional materials approval and compliance
Contract management and archiving of these
Management, auditing and maintenance of promotional material storage
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will after a thorough introduction and onboarding process report to the Business Unit Director for Neuroscience
Start date: as soon as possible
Service period: 7-9 months
