Sales Operations Coordinator

The Position

Universal Robots A/S want to further develop and improve our sales processes and business intelligence. Therefore, we are increasing our sales operations team with this new position as Sales Operations Coordinator to take responsibility for coordinating training and special initiatives across departments globally.

Based in UR’s office in Odense, Denmark, the Sales Operations Coordinator will report to VP, Commercial Operations and support sales globally.

Main Task and Responsibilities:

  • Support the global sales teams with training and support needs for our AX ERP system
  • Coordinate across departments on special initiatives
  • Create and maintain price lists
  • Special Projects Support: Assist in coordinating the deployment of global training initiative in the form of contract maintenance, material orders, inventory tracking, shipping and billing
  • Assist with monthly close processes in AX

  • The successful candidate will:
  • Become subject matter expert of Universal Robots’ billing and fulfillment processes using our Dynamics AX ERP system
  • Show exceptional organizations skills and have a procedural mindset
  • Build a reputation for helpfulness throughout the organization
  • Meet critical timelines with time-sensitive tasks

  • Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree strongly desired. If no Bachelor degree, minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales administration, finance, or related role. Exceptional entry level candidates will be considered with Bachelor’s degree and transcript. For no Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant experience required.
  • 1-5 years of experience with ERP systems. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Outgoing and service-minded.
  • Enjoy interaction with people (in-person and over the phone).
  • Ability to analyze problems in a logical manner.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful and initiates work without specific instruction.
  • Flexible and works professionally.
