Join the SME & Partner Sales leadership team

This role is an opportunity to become acquainted with all aspects of NETS Merchant Services from the acquiring business to the terminal business. The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and the SME & Partner Sales leadership team.

 

The role is pivotal in the day to day operations and in continuously identifying and evaluating potential areas of commercial opportunity, assuming project leadership on key Strategic Initiatives and overseeing and driving improvement in across the business, be it process improvements, product development or other.

 

The payment industry is undergoing a lot of change and we are looking for the right candidate who likes complex intellectual challenges coupled with real commercial application - if you’re an exceptional candidate, please apply.

 

Assume responsibility

We’d like for you to pitch in on all of the below:

  • Develop and operate sound lead allocation principles
  • Drive key transformation projects from scoping to implementing together with the rest of the SME & Partner Sales leadership team, e.g. refinement of our GTM, operationalizing Nets Strategic Pillars and development of our Telesales operations
  • Give overall support to SME & Partner Sales Leadership team
  • Perform a variety of product and commercial analysis
  • Preparation and presentation of status reports and decision supporting analysis
  • Provide support, insights and recommendations to various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc competitor and market surveillance - and much more!

 

Young talent or experienced consultant with demonstrated leadership

We’d love it if you can tick off all the below:

  • Experience eg. from a top tier consulting firm or strategy unit in a large Nordic company
  • Min. a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science with a strong academic performance
  • Track record of engaging with and driving results through multiple stakeholders across complex transformations
  • Possess a high attention to detail and produce zero defect analysis
  • Strong command of English: both verbal and written; Other Nordic languages is a plus.
  • Experience in Sales or Hospitality, and Co-op or internship experience in retail or e-commerce payments environment is a strong asset.
