The job
You will join a dynamic team in SELECTED FEMME’s sales department, where your primary responsibility will be to ensure SELECTED FEMMES’s growth, focusing on our English and Irish markets. In collaboration with our sales teams in the UK and Ireland, you develop sales strategies, prepare budgets, handle sales-related assignments and ensure that everything is implemented correctly and in line with the specific markets and potential.

Your tasks include: 

  • Implementing promotional sales initiatives
  • Ensuring that the team is working towards our goal and sales strategies with determination
  • Continuous dialogue, feedback and knowledge sharing with the sales team
  • Maintaining close relations to Key Accounts, including participation in events 
  • Day-to-day support to our sales team in the UK and Ireland
  • Optimising our m2 performance.

To ensure closeness to you markets, you can expect approx. 50 travel days annually.

Qualifications

  • Experience from a similar position
  • Sales experience from wholesale
  • Strong numeracy and business understanding 
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. 

Personality 
You are characterised by great business acumen and strong collaboration and negotiation skills. You are competitive and result oriented, and you base your decisions on solid market information, which you translate into actions that make a real difference for our business. You serve as an inspiration and motivation to your colleagues and business partners, and you thrive in a role where your ability to proactively establish new relations and develop relations with our existing customer portfolio is essential to your success. You will be a focal point of contact for departments within SELECTED FEMME, so it is key that you have a service minded and forthcoming attitude.
