Sales Support Specialist

Job Description


We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Reagent Partnership Division that develops and sell reagents for use in clinical diagnostics. We focus on antibody-based reagents and assays for use on turbidimetry, nephelometry, and flow cytometry instrument platforms.

One of our team members in Sales Support is moving on to a new position within the division, and we are therefore recruiting for a new colleague. The team is based in Glostrup, Denmark but are supporting our global business.

The preferred candidate has a customer-centric mindset, eager to optimize processes and procedures relating to both pre- and post-sales support to the benefit of our customers and internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will be leading customer care projects of varying scope and complexity requiring coordination with other functions and customers.
  • Product lifecycle activities such as IVDR activities, complaint handling and maintenance of product documentation.
  • Support to Business Managers and customers.
  • Maintaining price systems and supporting price negotiations.
  • Driving the process ofsetting up new supply and quality agreements.

  • Qualifications


    Qualifications:

  • Experience from a similar job with a commercial focus.
  • Motivated by offering high-level customer support.
  • Understanding and focusing on the customer journey.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to work in a hectic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Advanced MS Office user, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Prior experience with SAP software system or similar.
  • English and Danish language skills at a high level.
  • You work independently and meticulously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a lot of different partners.
  • Practical experience with project management and cross functional teamwork from previous jobs is preferred.
