ABOUT FUTURE TALENT PROGRAMME


Future Talent Program – leadership track is a two-year trainee program to develop your leadership skills and give you broad business knowledge in an international environment. You will be part of a truly global company with a dynamic, innovative mindset as well as strong roots in a technological environment.


You will be recruited to a certain position with a permanent contract from day one . During your journey, you will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you. It will include a combination of job-rotations into different organizations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. After that period, we believe you will be ready to cover the role you’d been hired for and give your contribution to the company.

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST – FUTURE TALENT


Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions with offices in Silkeborg, Denmark and in Champlin, USA is the group competence center for membrane filtration. Altogether, we are 125 dedicated employees.


We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our Future Talent Programme starting in September 2021 and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.


We are searching for a motivated membrane sales trainee. You will report to our Service Manager and be part of a team of experienced colleagues. Together with the service manager you will set the strategy for promoting and strengthening our aftersales offer with special focus on the membrane aftersales.


The position is based in Silkeborg, Denmark.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Support Specialist you will:


• Be the point of contact for selected Customers, Sales managers, and external colleagues regarding membrane sales.
• Support to end customers and colleagues in Tetra Pak market companies
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers’ requests both internally and externally. 
• Strengthen our relationship with key membrane suppliers, within a team effort.
• In time be responsible for driving activities within a defined geographical area.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and provide input to actions needed 
• Expect 25­-50 travel days per year

Who You Are

We believe you have:


• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related disciplines
• Engineering knowledge or experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen
• Passionate to learn about membrane filtration plants and their use 
• Interested in processing plants for the food industry, preferably within dairy
• Flair for working with customer contact is an advantage
Danish speaking and, good knowledge of English is a must, German skills appreciated
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• A merchant with the eye for the business and the fulfilment of customer needs
• Customer and service oriented
• Independent and structured, but a team player
• Cooperative and flexible
• Analytical
