Sales Support/Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Working at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be supporting the Danish sales team in their daily work such as updating pricelists, launches of new assortments, distribution of new content. You will be part of the local sales team and handle many activities important to our customers and the local team. We´re looking for a team player who wants to be part of a successful team working with the smart home lighting, led lamps and luminaires. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. You’ll be part of the Signify product marketing team and be based in the Copenhagen office.

Start Date: asap

Duration: 12 months (with the possibility of an additional 12 months extension)

Working hours: 25 hours/week

What you’ll do

  • Support our Key Account Managers with database management

  • Create and edit assortment lists

  • Distribute content material to our customers

  • Update pricing lists in our business system SAP

  • Work closely with our customers and the sales team to support in updating prices and assortments

  • Be the internal contact point to handle internal information and activities

  • What you’ll need

  • Currently running or just finished your AP degree in business administration, commerce, sales or similar

  • We´re looking for a candidate with good communication skills both internally and externally towards our customers

  • Knowledge about PIM systems and how to maintain these

  • Experience in working with Excel

  • A structured work ethic to support the Danish sales team with important office tasks

  • Fluent Danish and English language skills
