Vi er en sportsklub som vil opruste og komme højere op i rækken. I den forbindelse søger vi en sælger som vil være med til at sætte vores elitebaskethold på landkortet. Sælgeren skal sælge direkte sponsorater, netværk, kultursponsorater osv.

Sponsorsetup er klar, men vi mangler en som har mulighed for at påvirke tingene.

Vi ligger i Vejen så vi har brug for en sælger som kan sætte en finger i jorden, arbejde sig ind på folk og have en forståelse for hvordan tingene er drevet.

Jobbet er deltid men arbejdstiden kan svinge meget i perioder - der vil være mest i vores sæson som ligger fra august til maj.

Vi vil gerne finde en hurtigst muligt, som kan være fast tilknyttet og bidrage med det som du har tid til, evt. ved siden af et andet arbejde. Men vi kunne også godt være interesserede i at få dig med som en del af holdet og rejsen hvis det er et godt match begge veje.

Lønnen er som udgangspunkt provision, en god provision, og en timeløn ved siden af kan forhandles.

Now you have the chance to join our new Sales Team supporting already existing customers optimising their sales of Never Out of Stock (NOOS) styles.

ONLY - an international fashion brand

You will become part of the ONLY brand which is currently one of the fastest growing fashion brands in the market. We managed to triple our turnover in just five years, and we have ambitious plans of continuing this development.

You have a unique opportunity to become part of a newly established sales team located in Denmark, where you will be responsible for your own individual markets.

You will be trained in an 18 months academy program, where you will be skilled in sales, products, market-insights and receive individual coaching from your team lead. The goal is to strengthen the sales of our NOOS products, as well as develop your career within sales.

You will be part of an international team of seven members reporting to your sales team lead who will be there to provide you with daily guidance, sparring and motivation. Your team will cover Germany, Italy, France, Belgium/Holland, Sweden/Norway, Spain and Denmark, and each of you will be assigned to your own market.

After the 18 months academy

Following a successful 18 months stay with strong performance, you will be provided with a full-time job either in Denmark, your home country or at another destination abroad. So it is up to you to prove yourself and build your future!

Your responsibility

- Development of sales strategies for your customer portfolio

- Responsible for daily and monthly sales targets in relation to your customer portfolio

- Ensure updated views on customers and style performance

- Develop corrective actions for turning poor customer performance into best in class

- Ensure increased customer performance through a close collaboration with the NOOS product team

Who are you?

- You are performance-oriented and motivated by sales

- You speak English fluently and at least one language from the countries listed above

- You have an interest in fashion

- You might have experience from telemarketing

Most important is your drive, engagement and motivation to create results - we will make sure to provide you with the needed knowledge. You are a go-getter with an always positive attitude, who keeps on going even when things get tough!

Traveling: up to 25 days / year
