SAP HCM Analyst

A unique opportunity for a detail oriented and proactive SAP Specialist to join our HR Department. Here, you will be part of a team with contact throughout Maersk Drilling.

As our new SAP HR Analyst, you will get the chance to work in an international environment with internal stakeholders in a position with a great deal of independent responsibility.

You will play a key role in maturing our reporting setup and help us becoming a more data driven organisation.

The position is time limited to 18 months, but with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

You will be the focal point for SAP HR for processes and Master data management ensuring excellent data quality within our SAP HR system.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Be the focal point for SAP HR data related questions

• Master data management: maintaining HR data and ensuring excellent data quality within our SAP system

• Monitor data quality through various reports and initiatives and help diagnose potential gaps in the processes while taking pro-active ownership

• HR responsible for Power BI reports

• Generate ad hoc reports, prepare dashboards, etc.

• Ensure that the HR SAP system supports the reporting in the most effective and efficient way

• Various other administration and ad hoc tasks such as reporting to public authorities, audits, backup for other team members, etc.


We are looking for

The ideal candidate has experience with the SAP HCM system. Alternatively, you are highly experienced with SAP having worked with processes, metrics, and data quality in a field other than HR. Experience within HR is not required.

We expect that you take an analytical approach to data as well as metrics and processes while also having the ability to understand the organization and HR needs.

Since you will be dealing with many stakeholders, you must be service minded, clear and responsive in your communication.

Further, you work well as part of a team and on your own, and you must be proactive and take action on improvement initiatives.
