Product Development consists of two teams. Both teams consist of talented young people as well as very experienced professionals that proudly develops the backbone of our company within engineering of mechanics, design, acoustics, electronics, firmware and software. We think of customer value first but are close to the business and work towards delivering on customer experience and commercial objectives.

The coming Scrum Master at SOUNDBOKS will have a unique opportunity to build, influence and establish the SOUNDBOKS Agile framework. As our new Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:
Responsible for ’living’/implementing the agile principles. Act as servant leader for the Scrum team. Facilitate the Scrum process for two hardware teams: daily stand-up, retro, sprint planning, refinement, review and demo. Create a development team that understands and delivers independently, according to agile principles and values. Coach the development team in how to work Scrum, how to become self-organized, how to work cross functional and how to create day to day improvements. Help the team remove obstacles that limit the team's efficiency and ability to deliver value-adding solutions. Support product owners for each category. Focus on developing dynamics and performance in the agile team – and helps the development team to constantly improve ways of working. Ensure close collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders across the organization. Ensure progress and deliveries from external stakeholders, production partners, development partners, technology partners. Create tools to calculate output velocity and realistic timelines.

Approximately +3 years of experience working with Scrum/Agile Bachelor (BSc) or master’s degree (MSc) in business administration, engineering, computer science or other relevant fields Experience within consumer electronics development is a plus Extra:
