SE Retention Outbound Agent

Working for Nets, you’ll become part of an exciting growth journey. We’ve set out to make it easier and more intuitive to handle payments, because we see it as the foundation for growth and progress both in commerce and society. In our team our contribution is to handle all B2B customers who calls us to terminate their engagement with Nets on Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreements and Norwegian Bank Accept, and finally we are 5 % driven by “I Love You” calls to our customers. 

We are seeking experienced retention consultants with a strong nose for value and a passion to change the world! The Nordic Retention Team is a part of Merchant Services and we handle all B2B customers who calls us to terminate their engagement with Nets on Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreements and Norwegian Bank Accept. 

You will be a part of a successful team, where employee satisfaction, career development and winner mentality is highly prioritized. The team is based in Ballerup and Helsinki, but this position is in Ballerup, Denmark.

 

In this role, you’ll power an easier tomorrow for all of us 

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions. 

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Outgoing calls based on advanced churn analytics
  • Drive churn prevention campaigns
  • Attend to customer queries and ensure highest customer satisfaction
  • Cross-sales to existing customers

 

You contribute with skills, ambitions and that little personal twist that makes us succeed
It’s the full package that you bring to work every day that gets the job done. Your professional acumen and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s your personality that makes the difference to succeed in this role. Especially the little twists we all have that makes us personalities instead of just a person. 

Your professional qualifications include:

  • Track record of high performance from a retention and/or sales function, maybe within Fintech, Telecom, Media or Insurance
  • Quality conscious and able to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communicative skills
  • A wish for further career development
  • Fluent both written and verbal in Swedish at Business Level
  • Written and verbal English in Basic Level at least

 

Besides that little 5 % twist in your personality, you are known as ambitious, goal orientated, and with a strong will to win. You have a preferred sales profile and love to work with customers. You are known as a great listener and you are great at building customer relations. Energy levels are high and you are not put down by rejections. You should be able to perform under pressure and keep a cool mind.
