Your mission

As our new Search Student, you will join our People & Culture department located at our offices in Lyngby. Your mission is to create and maintain candidate pipelines for future projects – updating with top talent regularly to keep Bang & Olufsen ‘front of mind’ and produce ‘talent maps’ for key functional areas. Moreover, you will be searching for talent on Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, and similar. More specifically, you will:

  • Write engaging job advertisements
  • Produce recruitment insight to support hiring decisions
  • Increase the quality of candidates in our recruitment funnel 
  • Support administration with Posting jobs on our career page and other channels Scheduling interviews Set up of psychometric tests General system administration Candidate referencing

    As a part of our talented People & Culture Team, you will work with amazing colleagues who are keen to involve you in various projects and share their knowledge to help you develop your skills.

    What you bring

    We seek someone with a keen interest in mapping the candidate landscape and the ability to produce thorough ‘talent mapping’ for chosen projects. We need someone with excellent communication skills in English, as you will be asked to write comprehensive and compelling job adverts in a timely manner. We imagine that you are studying human resources, communication, or similar with +1 years left of your education.

    More specifically, you bring:

  • The ability to complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Preferably experience in LinkedIn candidate search
  • Ability to structure and organize your work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
