Security Manager Support for Global Command Centre

Want to be the face of LEGO® Security in an administrative support function which will expose you to a wide array of stakeholders in the LEGO Group? In this new position, you will be able to develop your role as well as our global command centre

You create improvement and innovation

We have created a brand-new organisation, making our Command Centre a central function for the LEGO Group world-wide, where we receive and handle emergency calls. This makes us the global point of contact and a coordinating function in incident, emergency and crisis management. A number of customers are related to LEGO Security. For these customers, we monitor and handle alarms, respond to incidents and emergencies and perform tasks in emergency preparedness.

Joining 4 supervisors and 8 security operators, you will be in charge of the administrative operations, including our business plan and our tactical implementation plan, to support our strategic direction. A large part of your work revolves around our processes - how to create innovation and improvement to facilitate changes and solutions. Specifically, you:

- Work with internal and external stakeholders, creating space for influence and taking individual needs into account

 - Ensure solid quality in security deliveries and high quality deliverables in relation to certified requirements and according to customer expectations

- Provide support to the Command Centres globally

- Implement, follow up on and ensure that the ISO certification is up to date

- Set a disciplined administrative direction in the Command Centre in close cooperation with the centre manager

Administrative support experience

We are looking for an analytical and systematic, yet creative, thinker. Because we need your ideas for how our command centre becomes even better. Being a great collaborator and manager of stakeholders, you connect the dots in the Centre to ensure a strong link between supervisors, security operators and the security operations manager - and a strong tie to our customers. Your qualifications:

- You have a few years of experience with office support and administration, preferably from a command centre or a similar function.

- You have good IT skills and are a bit of a process specialist.

- You speak and write English effortlessly.
