Senior Account Executive, with project management skills

Together with your team colleagues you will manage a portfolio of clients providing global benefit solutions supported by robust processes and technology solutions.

From your first day you will be exploring insights, knowledge and options primarily within Health and Benefits solutions for companies with a global presence.

The Senior Account Executive will have the following responsibilities:

  • Project management
  • Manage activities from advisors providing services to your clients in multiple countries.
  • Maintain and manage employee benefit databases and activity trackers for our multinational clients
  • Manage global benefit programs and brokerage services
  • Participate in client calls and meetings - some travel can be expected
  • Consulting towards multinational companies
  • Assist in development of global benefit strategies for multinational corporations
  • Support multinational corporations in executing their global strategies on employee benefits
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing papers on benefits and healthcare issues in various countries
  • Assist in conducting employee benefit reviews relating to employee benefits, including interfacing with clients, carriers, multinational pooling networks and colleagues in various countries

The qualified candidate:

  • Is able to coordinate and manage projects with stakeholders in many countries.
  • Can build knowledge about multinational corporations’ complexity, organization and demands
  • Is able to work under high pressure and with short deadlines
  • Is a team player, diplomatic and has excellent communication skills
  • Is able to cooperate with clients, colleagues and associates from cultures and countries worldwide
  • Is fluent in English as well as at least one Scandinavian language
  • Enjoys managing projects and solving problems with different approaches and methodologies
  • Is able to communicate clearly and transparently with clients and colleagues
  • Has expert skills and flair for IT technology (Microsoft Office as a minimum)

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager or coordinator with insights and knowledge about employee benefits, in particular insured employee benefits, acquired from insurance companies, broker firms, consulting firms, or from a compensation & benefits function at a global company.

We expect you to have a higher educational background, e.g. a Masters degree from a University or Business School or an industry acknowledged education.

Our Global Services & Solutions team in Denmark is advising multinational companies on all aspects of their benefit solutions. Utilizing a combination of strong analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to health and benefit solutions, including pensions, M&A and corporate restructuring, benchmarking analysis and risk management. To support the growth of this innovative team, we are looking for a candidate who can fulfil the position as Senior Account Executive.
