Senior Account Manager - HVAC / BMS Industry

Honeywell HBS Denmark, for the Aarhus office, is now looking for an experienced and customer-driven Solutions Sales Manager to join our team of skilled and passionate experts.

In this role, you will

  • Promote and increase sales’ quotas by constantly developing relationships with existing clients’ organizations in Denmark.
  • Build a trusted relationship with your customers by giving them world-class client service.
  • Find / win new customers and developing with them a good business for them and us.
  • Use your technical knowledge (HVAC solutions and BMS) to develop our existing customer collaboration and further increase the revenue of Honeywell products by developing new business opportunities.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell strategies to new and existing customers that deliver value for both customers and Honeywell.
  • Be aware of new innovations in the market by regularly participating in product seminars / events.
  • Resolve customer inquiries as soon as possible and collaborate with other departments to find the best solutions.
  • Participate in other related tasks, such as organizing marketing campaigns, participating in exhibitions, training, etc.
  • Have flexibility to travel to meet new and old customers throughout Denmark.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 year’s sales experience in a Sales/Account Management related field within a technical solutions environment (HVAC/BMS solutions, smart buildings, security industry, networking & IT solutions) – you have worked as an Account Manager or External Sales Representative
  • Strong background in a customer facing role
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Driving license
  • Excellent communication skills – you communicate technical concepts and solutions to customers and are able to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Creative and good at understanding and fulfilling customer needs
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Able to support and drive your Team and bring innovation and creativity

Preferred background

  • Experience and knowledge of HVAC solutions and Building Management Systems (BMS) / building automation system (BAS)
